From here, an immersive journey through art, history, and traditions begins: you will climb the evocative Cafasso bell tower to admire one of the most spectacular views of Palermo, with a privileged view of the famous domes of San Giovanni degli Eremiti. You will then continue to discover the main historical monuments, including the Royal Palace with the Palatine Chapel, the Cathedral (with access to the roofs), the Quattro Canti, and the Pretoria Fountain.

The route continues past churches of extraordinary beauty, such as Santa Caterina, where you can also sample the nuns’ ancient recipes in its historic pastry shop, the Martorana, and the Casa Professa.

There will be plenty of authentic experiences: you can stop at Stagnitta, Palermo’s oldest coffee roaster, to enjoy artisanal coffee, and immerse yourself in the colors and flavors of the Ballarò market, with the opportunity to sample typical local products.
